0 Category List: Tips

Spaghetti squash is an amazing substitute for pasta and can be used in many other dished. They are easy to prepare and really tasty. Here is how to cook one:

1. Cut the squash in half length-wise. Be very careful because they are tough.
2. Scrape out the seeds and gunk from the middle.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
4. Place on baking sheet cut side down.

5. Bake in the oven at 350ºF until tender. Should take about 40 minutes.
6. Once it is tender take it out of the oven and run a fork through the squash. It will pull apart into spaghetti shaped strings.
Nice and simple. Enjoy!
